The eastern villages, not the city centre

Our patch runs along the A1(M) side of Leeds: Garforth and Aberford in LS25, across to Sherburn in Elmet, and down through Rothwell, Oulton and Woodlesford in LS26. Leeds city centre and the west side of the city aren’t on our rounds — we’d rather do one area properly than promise the whole city thinly. If you’re on the border, ask anyway and we’ll tell you honestly.

Estate semis, stone rows and new builds

The east side is a mix we know well after twenty years on the poles: post-war semis and bungalows in Garforth, older stone terraces around Rothwell, and the newer estates filling in around Oulton and Woodlesford — bigger glazing units, Velux windows and the odd conservatory. Pure water handles all of it, and frames, sills and door glass are included every visit, not sold as extras.

Why pure water matters here

Water in this corner of Yorkshire runs hard enough to leave mineral spotting if it dries naturally on glass. Our system strips the minerals out before the water touches your windows, so the glass dries clear — still afternoon or breezy one.

Gates, garages and reminders

Plenty of homes here have side gates and back gardens we need to reach. You’ll get two reminder texts before every visit — one about three days out and one the night before — so the gate’s unlocked and the dog’s in. No need to be home.

How the round runs

LS25 and LS26 sit on a rolling 4-, 6- or 8-weekly cycle, with one-off cleans slotted in around it. Your price is fixed in writing before the first visit and doesn’t change when we arrive.
