Terms of Service
These are the terms David & Goliath Window Cleaning Specialist works to for every quote, booking and visit. Last updated 3 August 2026.
Our service
We provide exterior window cleaning using a pure water reach-and-wash system, along with gutter clearing, fascia and soffit washing, and exterior conservatory roof cleaning, across Leeds, Harrogate, York and the surrounding towns we cover.
Quotes
A quote becomes a fixed price once Dawid has confirmed it to you directly, based on the details you’ve given us about your property. A confirmed quote is valid for 30 days; after that we may need to re-confirm it if anything about the property or the job has changed.
No contract
There’s no ongoing contract between us. You can skip a visit or cancel a regular round at any time with a text — ideally before the night-before message, but we understand life happens. We have to earn every visit, not lock you into one.
First-clean guarantee
If you’re not happy with your first clean, that visit is free. Just let us know within 48 hours, with a photo of what’s bothering you or the chance to have a quick look ourselves, and we’ll either put it right on a revisit or refund what you’ve paid for that clean.
Payment
Payment is due after each clean, by bank transfer or cash, within 3 days of the visit. We don’t ask for payment up front.
Weather policy
Light rain doesn’t stop a pure water clean — the water dries spotless regardless. In heavy rain or high winds, we’ll rearrange your visit for safety and quality reasons, and we’ll always let you know rather than silently skipping you.
Access
We need safe access to clean your property properly. If a gate’s locked or access isn’t possible on the day, we’ll rearrange the visit rather than force our way in — and we won’t charge you for a visit we couldn’t complete.
Conservatory roofs
Conservatory roof cleaning covers the exterior of the roof only. We don’t clean conservatory roofs from the inside as part of this service.
Insurance and liability
We carry public liability insurance, and a certificate is available on request. Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our work is covered under the terms of that policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
